How To Place Order

Visit the Product post(s) of your choice from the wide range of products available here. Once you are satisfied with the product (images, information, price etc), you can click on the orange-coloured "Buy Now" button and proceed in completing your order.

Step 1: Fill in the Order form giving us the ‘Product ID’ of your selected items. You will see the Product ID, given immediately below the product name.

Step 2: Provide us with your delivery details including Contact Name, Contact Number, Email Address, Delivery Address and Location. When you choose an island, you must make sure whether the product is delivered to the selected location.

Step 3: Check the checkbox if you agree to the Terms and Conditions (Especially the No-Refund Policy and Product Exchange Policy) and submit the order by clicking on ‘Submit’ button. Note that it is solely a responsibility of the customer to read and understand the Terms of Service.

Once your order is placed, we will call the contact number for verification before processing the order. We deliver the verified orders only. Failure to verify your order for any reason results in the cancellation of your order and we do not take any responsibility of canceled orders.

If you revise your decision and want to cancel your order, you may fill in Order Cancellation form at any time prior to delivery. Orders once delivered cannot be cancelled but can apply Product Exchange policy.

Free Delivery Service

We provide FREE delivery for orders above MVR: 49. An order may consist of a single product or multiple products (but no more than five items per order) that the customers choose across the website.

Our delivery staff ensures speedy delivery to all corners of Male (excluding ViliMale and HulhuMale).

In addition, we deliver some products to some selected islands that we have chosen based on logistics. For such orders, we charge a shipping cost in addition to the Order Total. Shipping costs vary from courier to courier and from location to location. Individual product pages provide the customers with details regarding delivery locations and shipping charges.

Your order will usually be delivered within 48 hours after Verification.

However, we offer RaasRoos service (Guaranteed Delivery within 08 hours after Verification) for some selected products for an additional small fee. Refer to the product page whether RaasRoos service is available for your product and choose the option when you order for such products.

We do not take responsibility for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, transportation failure, and defaults attributable to the shipping or courier or natural calamities.

Cash On Delivery

In order to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience for a wider customer-base, we provide Cash On Delivery (CoD) facility for all our customers.

You do not have to disclose any password. Keep the due cash amount ready when we deliver your consignment to your address and settle payment upon reception of your items.

Our prices are indicated in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR) and we accept Cash payments only. We do not accept Cheques.

No-Refund Policy

It is solely a responsibility of the customer to check the details of the product including product images and product specifications before placing an order.

Once your order is placed and verified, we consider that you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions of trade between you and us.

No Refund

Once the goods are sold, we do not refund. But, for your convenience, we offer Product Exchange facility for some of our products.

It is a responsibility of the customer to check whether you are ordering for an Exchangeable or Non-Exchangeable product. It is separately indicated on the product pages for each individual product.

Product Exchange Policy

In case you are unhappy with the product and if the product is ‘Exchangeable’, you can exchange your item to another available product from us.

You can easily exchange your product for a product with same price.

We do not pay the price difference when you choose a lesser-priced item.

In case you decide to exchange your product for another product with a higher price, you are liable for the payment of the difference in price.

If you want to exchange a product, fill in the Product Exchange Form within 12 hours of delivery time. We do not accept any Product Exchange Form after 12 hours.

We do NOT offer Product Exchange facility for your product when;

Original invoice is not returned along with the product.

All accessories that come along with the products are not returned.

Clothes are used or worn (other than trials).

Clothes are damaged or stained in any manner.

Original tags and packaging are not intact.

There are scratches or deformities on the surface of mobiles, laptops, watches, sunglasses etc.

Seal is broken for cosmetics and perfumes.

Embellishments and Sequins are damaged in case of jewellery and handbags.

Product Exchange form is filled after 12 hours of delivery.
